This heat shroud is crafted from high-temperature rated 19 oz heat-treated glass fiber insulation with a durable aluminized outer layer to enhance heat reflection. Reinforced with aramid thread, the material provides excellent resistance to heat, abrasion, and flame, while retaining flexibility for fitting tight bends and complex routing.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. The installation process is simple and tool-free, with no need to disconnect lines or hoses. Cut the shroud to the desired length, wrap it around the components, and secure it with the hook-and-loop closure, which allows an adjustable fit for various hose and line sizes.
