Description. Looking for a way to mount your favorite 30"-42" Light Bar to the front of your new Bronco? Then these KR Off-Road mounts are what you're looking for. These brackets utilize existing mounting points on your HD Modular Bumper and offer you easy installation for most 40"-42" curved light bars. To follow the contour of the Bronco bumper the best, we recommend a 40" Arc/Curved Bar, although other bars will work.

NOTE: The HD Modular Bumper uses a Torx Plus 40 (TP40) socket. Please do not use a Torx 40 (T40) socket (you could strip your bolts). Ford did not provide this bit in your tool set. They only provided a TP30 and TP50 bit. If you'd like to add-on a TP40 bit please click here. The Baja Designs bars include an upfitter harness (or two for the dual control bars) with your kit. The Rigid Industries and AuxBeam bars include switch harnesses in the box. If you plan to use these with your factory toggle/upfitter switches, you'll want to cut the toggle switch wire off the harness and use your factory upfitter wires instead.

MOUNTING NOTE: When installing a light bar under 40", you'll need to off-set the mounting bracket (using 1 of the 2 mounting points) as shown below. With a light bar installed in this manor it's still a secure mounting method.
