The 2-Inch Long Trunnion Bar Weight Distribution Hitch; 8,000 to 10,000 lb. model enhances towing stability by leveling the tow vehicle and trailer through efficient tongue weight redistribution. Designed for heavy-duty towing applications, it improves control and safety when hauling large loads such as travel trailers or campers.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed with high-strength forged steel spring bars and a heavy-duty formed head, this hitch features a durable carbide black powder coat finish that resists scratching, chipping, rust, and UV damage for extended service life.
Installation. Installation is straightforward using the included hookup brackets, lift handle, pin, and clip, with no drilling required. The 2-inch shank can be flipped to adjust for the necessary drop or rise, providing versatility for various towing configurations.
Warranty. This product is backed by a limited lifetime warranty covering one year on finish and parts to ensure long-lasting performance.
Application. Fits universal trailers and tow vehicles with class 3, 4, and most 5 trailer hitches; some adaptations may be necessary. Suitable for use with Xtra Duty and Commercial Duty hitches, as well as certain RV models. Trailer ball must be purchased separately.
