Complete Suspension Upgrade. The BDS 3.50-Inch Light Duty Leaf Spring Suspension Lift Kit with NX2 Nitro Shocks enhances the stance, performance, and capability of the Jeep Wrangler YJ. It delivers a reliable 3.5-inch lift while maintaining a smooth ride and enabling the use of larger tires, improving both off-road and on-road functionality.
Construction and Appearance. Featuring Glide-Ride leaf springs with a multi-leaf progressive spring rate design, this kit includes triple-stage springs, tapered leaves, anti-friction pads, and bolt-style leaf alignment clamps. Each spring eye is wrapped with a full military wrap to resist abrasion from rough terrain. The components are engineered for durability and finished with a robust coating to withstand harsh environments.
Installation. Installation is moderately difficult, requiring common hand tools and some drilling. The kit features a 100% bolt-on design to facilitate a straightforward upgrade process for experienced installers.
Application. Designed for 1987 to 1995 Jeep Wrangler YJ models, this kit accommodates a soft top with light-duty springs for stock or no spare tire configurations. Heavy-duty springs are recommended when carrying additional weight or using a hard top.
