Properly Install Your Rack. Now that you have your BackRack rack ready, you need the BackRack Standard No Drill Installation Hardware Kit. This hardware kit includes everything you need to securely install your headache or Cab Guard rack. Specifically, this kit features a pair of base plates and rail mount brackets specifically designed to strengthen the sheet metal of your Tundra’s bed rails, ensuring total stability. What’s more, this kit is designed for use with tonneau cover adapter brackets, making it ideal if you want to expand your setup.
Robust Build Quality. This hardware kit is made from high-grade plate steel, making them extremely robust. Additionally, the kit’s brackets and base plate are machine-formed and expertly finished for a clean look. This kit utilizes high quality yellow zinc-plated steel hardware for reliable corrosion-resistant performance. Lastly, this kit is finished in a durable black powder coating for superior corrosion protection and a uniform look when compared with the racks.
Straightforward Installation. This hardware kit is designed to mount onto your truck bed using preexisting locations without the need for drilling. That said, you may have to cut out a portion of your bed rail caps to expose the stake pockets if so equipped. Other than this potential step, installation is a fairly straightforward procedure that requires just standard hand tools to complete.
