      Description

      Front Axle Reinforcement. The Artec Industries APEX Dana 30 Front Axle Armor Kit for Raised Tracbar upgrades and strengthens the front axle by reinforcing weak points to prevent damage during off-road use. This kit includes the patented APEX truss, lower control arm skids, and gussets, providing critical protection for the axle’s most vulnerable sections while accommodating larger tires and lifted suspensions.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 1/8" mild steel, the components are laser-cut and CNC bent for precision fitment with a 3D-modeled design. The kit features a powder-coated protective finish to resist corrosion and wear, while design elements like dimpled holes reduce weight without sacrificing strength.

      Installation. Installation involves welding and moderate preheating of cast components for best results. It is recommended that the axle be removed for ease of assembly; no drilling is required but careful weld preparation is necessary for durability.

      Application. Designed specifically for the 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK, excluding the Rubicon model, ensuring a tailored fit compatible with stock axle configurations and lifted setups requiring a raised tracbar bracket.
