Featuring forged SAE 1045 solid steel housing precisely CNC machined for excellent fitment, the tie rod ends incorporate SAE 4140 chromoly ball studs treated with induction heat and rolled threads for superior strength and wear resistance. The adjustable tie rod sleeve is crafted from polished 7075-T6 aluminum, delivering high durability and a sleek finish. Tie rod ends are black e-coated to resist corrosion, complemented by durable chemical-resistant CR rubber accordion boots designed to withstand ozone, oil, gas, engine fluids, and extreme heat or cold for extended service life.
