Description
Extreme Steering Upgrade. It improves steering performance and reliability, especially in off-road conditions, by providing a rugged bolt-on upgrade that addresses common stock tie rod weaknesses.
Construction and Appearance. Made in the USA, this assembly features forged, heat-treated medium carbon steel components, including large 30mm ball joints with steel-on-steel bearings and premium seals for long life. The assembly is finished with a powder coat over an e-coat layer for excellent corrosion resistance. The adjuster sleeve is constructed from 1-5/8" diameter, 1/4" thick high strength 4130 chromoly steel tubing for superior durability.
Installation. Installation is a direct bolt-on with an approximate time of one hour. Moderate mechanical skill is required, along with basic hand tools and a torque wrench. While no vehicle modification is needed, installation requires a 1 5/8" diameter damper bracket and a stabilizer relocation bracket, which are not included. Drilling one hole may be necessary for proper bracket installation.
Application. Designed specifically for 20-26 Jeep Gladiator JT models, excluding the Launch Edition, Mojave, and Rubicon variants, ensuring compatibility with standard axle widths and configurations.
