Description
Heavy-Duty Steering Solution. The Apex Chassis 2.5-Ton Tie Rod and Drag Link Assembly provides a robust replacement steering system designed to enhance reliability and strength. It replaces factory components on Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT models, ensuring precise steering control and durability under demanding conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Manufactured with SAE 1045 solid steel forged housing and SAE 4140 hot forged chromoly ball studs featuring induction heat treatment, this assembly is CNC machined for exacting tolerances. Components are finished with a durable e-coating and equipped with CR rubber boots resistant to ozone, oil, gas, and extreme temperatures, ensuring long-lasting performance and protection.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill. Using the flip kit option requires drilling the knuckle drag link mount with a 7/8" straight drill bit. Detailed installation instructions are included to facilitate proper fit and function.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 2020-2026 Jeep Gladiator JT models, excluding Launch Edition, Mojave, and Rubicon variants, ensuring compatibility with these configurations only.
