Lightweight Off-Road Doors. Anderson Composites Halo Doors are a bold upgrade for your 2021–2025 Ford Bronco 2-door model, designed exclusively for off-road use. These doors bring a unique look and feel to your build, dramatically reducing weight while maximizing airflow and open-air visibility. Construction and Appearance. These doors are crafted using a vacuum-infused fiberglass coat process and finished in a white gel coat, ready for painting. Each door weighs just 17.7 pounds—significantly lighter than the stock 59-pound counterparts—making them ideal for weight-conscious off-roaders. While they reuse stock mounting hardware and come with weather-stripping, they lack provisions for interior trim, accessories, or window glass, emphasizing their rugged and stripped-down aesthetic.
Installation. The Halo Doors are a direct replacement, but require pre-fitting prior to painting to ensure alignment. Some modifications to the mounting tabs may also be necessary depending on your vehicle’s configuration.
