Description
Performance Lightweight Doors. The Anderson Composites Halo Doors; Rear; Unpainted offer a strong, lightweight alternative to stock rear doors designed specifically for off-road use. These doors enhance trail visibility with a unique halo design while significantly reducing vehicle weight to improve off-road performance and ease of handling. They replace factory doors while maintaining original hardware compatibility for simplified installation.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted using a vacuum infused process with fiberglass cloth, these doors feature a durable white gel coat finish for a high-quality surface. Each door is hand-crafted to maintain a consistent weave pattern and optimal carbon/resin ratio, ensuring superior stiffness and strength while keeping weight low at approximately 16.7 pounds per door.
Installation. Installation involves minor adjustments, and mounting tabs may require modifications for an optimal fit. The doors transfer original factory hinge hardware, but pre-fitting before painting is necessary to ensure correct alignment and finish.
Application. These rear halo doors are designed to fit the Ford Bronco 4-Door models from 2021 through 2025. Note that these doors are for off-road use only and do not accommodate original interior panels, accessories, or glass.
