Description
Power-Retractable Running Boards. The AMP Research PowerStep Smart Series Running Boards enhance vehicle accessibility by providing automatically deploying steps when doors open and retracting seamlessly after closing. These steps are controlled via a smartphone app, offering convenient manual override and increasing user control and safety during entry and exit.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. Built with corrosion-resistant cast-aluminum components, each step features an anodized finish with a military-grade PTFE coating for durability and wear resistance. The 6-inch wide textured step surface incorporates integrated LED lighting to illuminate the entry area, combining rugged strength with sleek styling.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. Installation integrates vehicle-specific mounting brackets and a plug-n-play wiring harness requiring minimal modifications. Drilling is necessary, and due to the technical wiring involved, professional or skilled DIY installation is recommended.
_x000D__x000D_Warranty. This product carries a 5-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
_x000D__x000D_Application. Specifically designed to fit the 2021 through 2026 Bronco models. Note that it does not fit the Bronco Raptor variant and requires removal of OE rock rails if installed.
