Description
Radiator Mount Replacement. The Allstar Performance Radiator Channel Mount (2-Row) is designed to secure the radiator core firmly in place by providing a strong channel that rests on top of the radiator. It includes two flat aluminum straps that can be bolted or welded to the channel, ensuring a stable fitment. Steel springs hook into the provided holes and connect to the lower chassis location, helping to reduce vibration and maintain radiator positioning.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from durable aluminum, the channel and straps offer strength without adding excessive weight. The flat straps allow for easy welding or bolting, and the assembly includes high-tension steel springs to absorb vibration. All components are precision cut and finished for reliability and durability in demanding automotive environments.
Installation. To install, position the channel on top of the radiator core and secure the straps by welding or bolting, depending on preference and application. Then hook the included springs into the designated holes and connect them to the chassis. Some adaptation may be necessary to fit specific vehicles.
