These headers drastically outflow factory headers, giving your Jeep an extra 6 HP and 6 lbs/ft. of torque for the truly tough rides. Not only do these headers feature smooth curves and an increased diameter for a great flow, they also boast true mitered merge collectors, which both decrease turbulence and increase exhaust velocity, giving your Jeep great throttle response. Thanks to the headers' space age, heat-treated fiberglass boots, you won't have to worry about the condition of your spark plugs or your Jeep's wires melting since the boots protect the rest of your Jeep from the headers' power.
Leak Free Design. Built from 1-1/2 in. 14-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing, these Headers have the strength you need to go the distance. They also feature 3/8 in. flanges, which guarantee a leak-free seal for superior performance wherever you go. Designed and manufactured in America, these headers provide high-quality performance while remaining reliable and durable for a long time to come.
Installation. All component parts and hardware are included in aFe's Headers for your convenience. However, the 4-hour installation does require a professional touch.
