Created for installation onto your front axle, this differential works with gear ratios of 3.73 and higher. It’s an air-operated open differential that offers complete lock-up when needed. The part comes with 10-Bolt housing and installs directly onto Dana 30 front axles that have 30 splines.

Strong as Steel. Examine the parts in this kit and you’ll find steel as far as the eye can see. The differential case is made using forged steel that is molded to ensure fast oil flow. Every other internal component is made using 8620 steel, ensuring they’re all able to withstand anything the road or trail can throw at them.

Professional Installation Suggested. Though this kit offers a direct replacement for your front differential, installation requires a degree of expertise. It’s best left to professional technicians if you do not already have experience installing differentials.

Six Years of Cover. Under Yukon’s 6-Year warranty, you can return any part of this kit that demonstrates material or manufacturing flaws. Yukon will offer a repair or replacement if it determines that the defect is a manufacturing fault. Returns will be accepted in cases of misuse, neglect, and improper installation.

Application. The Jeep Wrangler Differential is designed for installation onto the front axles of several Jeep vehicles. These include the 1971-2018 versions of the Jeep CJ5, CJ7, and Wrangler JK, TJ, and YJ models.

Installation Difficulty. Advanced to expert mechanical skills are required to install this front differential. Installation takes 4-6 hours and incorporates removal of your old differential and the assembly and installation of your new one.
