Use the Jeep Wrangler Differential Carrier Gear Kit from Yukon Gear and give your car the tune-up it deserves. The superior design of this spider gear kit will boost your differential performance and allow you to tackle extreme conditions with more confidence.

    Robust Construction. Yukon Gear designed the Jeep Wrangler Spider Gear Kit as an OEM-style replacement. However, it used premium materials and superior manufacturing techniques to extend the average lifespan of the spider gears. As such, this kit is prime for rebuild projects and getting your Jeep Wrangler off-road ready.

    Recommended Upgrade. For more peace of mind, consider upgrading the axle bearings and the seals if you want a complete rebuild.

    Professional Installation Recommended. Tinkering with the differential can be tricky if you don’t have sufficient mechanical expertise. It’s always best to have a mechanic replace the spider gears to ensure a proper fit and optimum performance once you hit the trails.

    Limited Warranty. Yukon Gear covers material and workmanship defects for 1 year or 12,000 miles. Note that this is a limited 1-year warranty and that some exclusions may apply. Please check the manufacturer’s website for additional information on what can void your warranty.

    Application. This Jeep Wrangler Spider Gear Kit is compatible with the 1998-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ models. However, it will only fit Dana 44 differential cases with Spicer Trac-Loc Positraction.

    Installation Difficulty. The intricacies of the installation process make this an expert-difficulty task. It can take over 4 hours to complete.
