Simple Front Lift Without Cutting Bars. This preload collar kit raises the front ride height by 3 inches by replacing the factory torsion key collars with larger, black-anodized aluminum units. It levels the vehicle and improves tire clearance while preserving the factory spring rate and damping characteristics. Your Tundra maintains its stock handling and comfort even under load, ensuring predictable performance both on highway and off-road trails.
Precision Machining for Long-Term Reliability. Each collar is CNC-machined from aircraft-grade aluminum and finished with a hard black anodize to resist corrosion and wear. The included retention bolts secure the collars in place, eliminating slippage or height loss. The lightweight design minimizes added unsprung mass, helping preserve suspension response.
Installation. Use a torsion bar key tool to relieve tension, remove the factory collar, install the new Westcott collar at the correct preload position, torque the retention bolt, then reset the torsion bar per factory procedure.
Application. The Westcott Designs 3-Inch Front PreLoad Collar Lift Kit; Black Anodized fits 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra models equipped with the TRD Off-Road package and red Bilstein shocks.
