This kit allows room for larger tires and maintains full use of stock components.

Construction and Appearance. This lift kit features CNC-machined lower preload collars, top shim plates, and rear billet lift pucks—all finished in raw aluminum for a clean, industrial appearance. Engineered and manufactured in Phoenix, AZ, the components are tuned specifically for the TRD Sport suspension, providing a tailored fit without compromising durability or alignment precision.

Installation. Installation is moderately difficult, requiring partial disassembly of the suspension but no cutting or control arm upgrades. Once installed, the kit allows for alignment back to factory specifications and supports up to 35-inch tires without modification—or up to 37-inch tires with correct offset and minor trimming.
