      Precision Leaf Spring Shim. The Warrior Products Universal Leaf Spring Shims; 2-1/2-Inch Wide; 4-Degree Angle are engineered to improve suspension geometry by correcting pinion and caster angles on leaf-sprung vehicles. These shims ensure better alignment and handling, making them essential for off-road enthusiasts and professionals seeking enhanced vehicle performance. They are designed for permanent installation on the leaf spring pack using the center-pin for durability.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from heavy-duty machined steel, these shims offer superior strength to withstand heavy loads without breaking. The shims feature counter-bored cross holes to provide even clamping force across the center-pin surface, and their steel finish ensures high durability and resistance to wear under demanding conditions.

      Installation. Installation requires basic mechanical skill and involves attaching the shim using the leaf spring's center-pin. The holes accept a 5/16" cross-pin by default but may be easily drilled to fit larger pins if necessary, allowing some flexibility in the installation process.

      Application. Suitable for universal applications with some adaptation potentially required. These shims are not vehicle-specific and should be selected with advice from suspension or alignment specialists to match the correct angle and width to your specific needs.
