It allows you to easily carry any bike rack, cargo basket, or anything that mounts to a 2" hitch receiver. To access the back of your vehicle, simply pull the locking pin and swing your cargo out of the way. This light weight new design is reversible and can be mounted to either swing open to the passenger side or the driver side.Standard Features:Reversable Mounting - Can be installed to either swing open to the passenger side or the driver side.Height Adjustable - The hitch mounting bracket can be flipped for additional clearance.WedgeLock- Our WedgeLock will take all the wobble away.
