The Turbosmart Gen4 HyperGate45 External Wastegate 14 PSI Black is engineered to regulate boost pressure in turbocharged engines by precisely controlling exhaust gas flow to the turbine. It is vital for maintaining optimal boost levels, protecting the engine from overboost conditions, and ensuring consistent performance. This wastegate is well-suited for street applications, offering excellent flow and heat resistance, compatible with pump fuel and E85.

      CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Featuring a stainless steel cast body combined with an aluminum actuator housing, this wastegate provides durability and heat resistance. It incorporates a proprietary high-temperature silicon Nomex diaphragm along with a solid stainless steel valve to ensure long-lasting reliability. The unit is finished with a black anodized coating and includes V-band inlet and outlet flanges for precise fitment.

      INSTALLATION. Installation is straightforward, typically requiring no drilling, and uses supplied V-band clamps and weld flanges for secure mounting. The included locking collar tool and clear instructions assist in changing springs and securing components reliably.
