Its reliable operation enhances turbo system responsiveness and efficiency across various fuel types, including pump fuel and E85.
_x000D__x000D_CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Featuring a robust cast stainless steel body paired with an aluminium actuator housing, this wastegate offers excellent durability and heat resistance. The valve seat is solid stainless steel, paired with a proprietary high-temperature silicon Nomex diaphragm for a secure seal under extreme thermal conditions. Finished in black, it presents a sleek, professional look suitable for high-performance engine bays.
_x000D__x000D_INSTALLATION. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and no drilling due to the V-Band inlet and outlet compatibility with 40mm peer flanges. The unique locking collar requires use of the supplied tool and applying pressure to safely remove or change springs without damaging components.
