Heavy Duty Protection. The Rugged Heavy Duty Grille Guard with integrated 5.30-inch red trim ring LED flood lights is designed to provide superior front-end protection for the Toyota Tundra. It guards the grille and front fascia from damage caused by impacts while enhancing visibility with the built-in LED flood lights for improved off-road lighting.

Construction and Appearance. Constructed from 2.25-inch diameter, 16-gauge cold-rolled mandrel-bent mild steel tubing and reinforced with 5/16-inch thick HRPO vertical steel plates, this grille guard offers robust durability. It includes a custom-punched center grille for extra protection and features a high-impact black powder coat finish over a corrosion-resistant e-coat to ensure long-lasting resistance to harsh conditions while maintaining an aggressive appearance.

Installation. Installation is straightforward with a no-drill, vehicle-specific bolt-on design secured by solid frame mounts. Professional installation typically takes about one hour, while first-time installers should allow approximately two hours.

Application. Designed exclusively for 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra models. Note that models equipped with an electric air dam require the air dam to be removed from the electric motor, and the air dam cannot be reinstalled.
