      High-Temperature Heat Shield. The Reflect-A-GOLD Heat Reflective Sheet; 24-Inch x 150-Foot is designed to significantly reduce heat transfer to critical automotive components such as air boxes, seats, and firewalls. It is an adhesive shield that protects vulnerable areas from heat soak, ensuring optimal performance and prolonged component life in demanding environments.

      Construction and Appearance. This heat reflective roll features a metalized polyimide film laminated onto a lightweight glass fiber cloth, providing durability and excellent thermal resistance. The material is finished with a high-temperature pressure-sensitive adhesive protected by a release liner rated up to 325°F, with a total thickness of 0.0065 inches, delivering a sleek, metallic appearance.

      Installation. Application is straightforward due to the pressure-sensitive adhesive, requiring no drilling or complex mounting hardware. It adheres cleanly to multiple surfaces without lifting, making it suitable for areas with minimal clearance.

      Application. Fits universal; some adaptation may be required due to individual vehicle variations. It should not be applied directly to exhaust components to prevent adhesive failure or damage.
