Description
Powerful Rear Presence. A Hitchgate Max is an immensely powerful tool for the back of your Toyota Tundra. With a 350-pound load rating and the ability to carry a 38-inch spare tire, this Hitchgate Max can really provide you with strong, secure capabilities.
Construction and Appearance. This Hitchgate Max is made from incredibly strong steel with thick tubing and extra gussets. It comes in black, so it also serves as a stylish, menacing presence on the back end.
Locking. There is a polyurethane wheel cone and lockable U-bar that equates to a quick mounting and dismounting. A secondary locking pin is important. It allows you to keep the gate open on steep surroundings and it's padlock compatible. It includes a wedge lock and integrated license plate mount.
Installation. Installation can be challenging. You need 4.50 inches of clearance from the center of the hitch pin hole rearward. You may also need to relocate the spare tire. All installation hardware is included.
Warranty. There is a limited lifetime warranty on this product.
Application. This Hitchgate Max offers a universal fitment.
