      Description

      HIGH-TEMP SHRINK TUBING. The Hi-Temp Shrink Tube, 24mm x 50-Foot, is designed to provide superior electrical insulation and protection for automotive wiring and connections. It is particularly useful for shielding wires from dirt, dust, solvents, and environmental contaminants while offering strain relief, ensuring long-lasting secure connections.

      CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. This tubing is made from professional-grade military specification flexible polyolefin that meets Military Spec DTL-23053/5C. It features a smooth finish that is over-expanded for easy installation over wires and connectors, shrinking uniformly to form a tight, water-resistant seal without changing the tubing length.

      INSTALLATION. Installation is straightforward, requiring heat application with a heat gun at temperatures between 120°F and 180°F. No drilling or specialized tools are necessary, making it accessible for both professionals and enthusiasts.

      APPLICATION. The tubing fits universally across a wide range of applications; however, some adaptation may be required. It should not be applied directly to exhaust components due to high heat exposure.
