      Description

      Premium Heat Protection. The Heat Shroud; 12 AN x 10-Foot is designed to protect lines, hoses, and wires from heat damage and abrasion without the need to disconnect them. It provides a convenient solution to wrap around connected components, preventing failure caused by excessive heat and external contaminants.

      Construction and Appearance. This product is crafted from a high temperature rated 19 oz glass fiber fabric with a heat-treated finish, combining durability and heat resistance. The outer layer features an aluminized coating to reflect radiant heat, and aramid thread reinforcement ensures superior abrasion resistance and flame-retardant performance. The finish has a silvery metallic appearance due to the aluminized fabric.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no specialized tools or removal of hoses and lines. Simply wrap the shroud around the component, then secure it using the hook-and-loop closure system.

      Application. This shroud fits 12 AN lines and is adjustable to accommodate various diameters. It is a universal fit product, suitable for a broad range of applications with some adaptation. It must not be applied directly to exhaust components.
