Description
Exhaust Heat Management. The EXO Series Exhaust Wrap; 1.50-Inch x 30-Foot; Tan is designed to manage extreme exhaust heat in demanding environments such as off-roading and powersports. It provides thermal insulation to reduce surface temperatures and protect surrounding components while enhancing performance and safety.

This exhaust wrap features a unique dual-layer construction combining a high-temperature glass fiber inner layer with a 304-grade stainless steel outer exoskeleton. The tan finish offers a rugged, durable look suited for harsh conditions, with Air Gap Technology preventing direct contact between the glass fiber and hot exhaust surfaces to improve insulation.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. Installation is straightforward due to the 1.5-inch width and locking stainless steel exoskeleton that secures the wrap without additional fasteners or drilling. Care should be taken to avoid wrapping flex-pipes or joints as the wrap becomes less flexible after heating.
