      Description

      Increase Flex Performance with Greaseless Bushing. For off-roaders, factory rubber bushings are simply too soft to tolerate the amount of flex needed to conquer steep rock trails. You need to upgrade your bushing with this innovative Synergy Upper Control Arm Dual Durometer Bushing. These Teflon-lined bushings are greaseless and provide a much better performance compared to your stock bushings. These allow your Jeep to attain maximum flex without breaking down because of the strategically placed dual polyurethane with varying hardness. With these bushing on your control arms, you’re ready to tackle those challenging steep approaches that you couldn’t do before.

      Innovative Design. The engineers at Synergy really placed all their energy into creating this next-generation bushing for off-roaders and Jeepers. This polyurethane bushing has a variety of innovative features that stem from the smart use of materials. It’s Teflon inner lining renders the bushing greaseless as it allows the sleeve to rotate with minimal friction. The inner polyurethane has a hard or high durometer to support the free-rotation and prevent binding. Next, the outer “soft” polyurethane provides the cushion and allows the control arms to flex for maximum articulation. Finally, this Dual Durometer bushing is designed to directly replace factory Clevite-style bushings to prevent fitment issues.

      Installation Guide. The Synergy Upper Control Arm Dual Durometer Bushing comes with an outer nylon outer shell as well as the sleeve already installed. However, you do need a Hydraulic H-Frame press for the removal of your existing bushing.

      Application. The Synergy Upper Control Arm Dual Durometer Bushing fits 2007 to 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK models.
