Description
Product Functionality. The Synergy Manufacturing Front Track Bar Relocation Bracket corrects suspension geometry issues caused by lifts exceeding 2 inches. It re-centers the front axle and raises the vehicle’s roll center height to improve stability and reduce body roll. This bracket also flattens the angles of the drag link and track bar at ride height to minimize axle shift during suspension travel, making it essential for lifted Jeep Gladiators.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. Crafted from laser-cut and CNC-formed 3/16 and 1/4 inch steel, this bracket ensures a precision fit and maximum durability. It features a powder coat finish that provides abrasion resistance and corrosion protection, enhancing longevity and maintaining its rugged appearance.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. Designed for a 100 percent bolt-on installation with no cutting or drilling required, this bracket allows for an easy, trouble-free setup using basic hand tools. It must be used with the drag link in a high steer configuration flipped above the knuckle.
_x000D__x000D_Application. Specifically designed to fit 2020 to 2026 Jeep Gladiator JT models. Proper manual disconnection of sway bar links during offroad use is recommended to prevent damage. A minimum of 3 inches bump stop spacing and a maximum of 4.75 inches wheel backspacing are required to clear the drag link in its flipped position and ensure optimal performance.
