      Description

      Heavy-Duty Construction. Engineered for longevity and reliability even in the most extreme of conditions, Synergy Manufacturing Tie Rod Ends for your Jeep JL are built to last. The housing of each tie rod end is manufactured from forged 1018 steel for superior durability, while the main stud is manufactured from heat-treated 4140 steel for exceptional bearing performance and strength. Additionally, the joints are equipped with wear/tear-resistant NBR rubber boots to keep bearing surfaces lubricated and clean.

      Upgraded Design. Not only are Synergy Manufacturing Tie Rod Ends manufactured from premium materials, but they’re also designed with several engineering upgrades to guarantee a long and reliable service life. In addition to being greasible with an included zerk fitting in the lower housing, these joints employ strategically placed grease grooves within the joint itself to promote maximum lubrication. The bearing is also spring-loaded to provide uniform pressure that ensures even wear.

      Replace Worn and Loose OE Tie-Rods. Between abuse, torn boots, contamination, and common wear, most tie rod ends will require a replacement at some point during the life of your Jeep. When this wear inevitably occurs, alignment will shift, excessive tire wear will occur, and driveability will decrease as play is introduced into the steering system. As opposed to simply slapping in an OE-style replacement, this is a terrific time to upgrade your JL’s weak OE components for a vastly superior alternative: Synergy Manufacturing’s HD Tie Rod Ends.

      Includes Hardware Necessary For Installation. Each Synergy HD Tie Rod End includes a new castle nut, cotter pin, and jam nut for the added confidence of using entirely new components.
