This tuning module is designed to reconfigure the signal coming from your PCM before this goes out to your Wrangler’s various systems. In doing so, this device can adjust a wide range of your vehicle’s functions, including providing noticeable gains in performance. What’s more, this device is controlled using your steering wheel controls, which you then monitor using the in-dash display. This setup eliminates the need for using another set of controls to modify your Jeep’s function.
Useful Economy Tune. When necessary, this inline tuning module can improve fuel economy via an economy tune. Specifically, this tune will dial down performance, enabling you to save a bit of fuel. This is especially useful when taking a leisurely drive around the city.
Cutting-Edge Design. At the heart of this Inline Tuning Module is its cutting-edge piggybacking design featuring male PCM connectors on one side and their female counterparts on the other. This design allows the tuning module to interface between your factory PCM and the factory harness, modifying its signal to optimize your ride’s various functions. This design also does away with the need for often tedious additional wiring. Furthermore, this module comes with a rugged automotive-grade plastic chassis, offering excellent resistance to heat.
Performance Tunes for All Situations. This inline tuning module includes two performance tunes, one towing tune, and the aforementioned economy tune. These tunes are engineered to provide peak gains of 30 horsepower and 27foot pounds of torque – more than enough for a wide range of driving situations, both on and off-road.
