Designed for extreme-duty performance, it features massive 30mm 2.5-ton ball joints, forged tie rod ends, and a precision-machined 7075 aluminum adjuster tube. This system is engineered to withstand the demands of off-road use while maintaining OE alignment and clearance.

      Construction and Appearance. The tie rod adjuster is machined from solid 7075 aluminum for maximum strength and hard-coated to resist wear. The tie rod ends are forged from high-hardenability carbon steel and finished with a durable e-coat and powder coat combo for corrosion protection. The Pro-Series clamps ensure reliable clamp force, and steel-on-steel ball joint bearings add robustness for long service life in aggressive conditions.

      Installation. This tie rod system offers easy bolt-on installation with no cutting or drilling required. It’s designed with left- and right-hand threads for simple in-vehicle adjustment.
