Description
High-Performance Steering Assembly. It provides robust, durable steering linkage critical for precise handling and control in demanding off-road environments. This kit enhances steering reliability and reduces the chances of failure under heavy loads.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from SAE 1045 solid steel forged housings with CNC machining for precision, the assembly features black anodized aluminum adjusting sleeves for durability and corrosion resistance. The ball studs are SAE 4140 chromoly, hot forged and heat treated for superior strength. Tie rod and drag link ends are coated with electrochemical E-coating and protected by durable CR rubber accordion boots to shield bearings from environmental damage.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and professional-grade. For configurations including a flip kit, drilling through the knuckle drag link mount with a straight 7/8" drill bit is required. No-drill installation is possible using standard under-knuckle mount setups.
Warranty. This steering kit is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects, premature wear, or breakage for the life of the vehicle, provided the original purchaser retains ownership and products are registered within 90 days of purchase.
Application. Designed specifically to fit 2020-2026 Jeep Gladiator JT models excluding Launch Edition, Mojave, and Rubicon variants, ensuring tailored compatibility with these vehicle configurations and axle setups.
