Construction and Appearance. These brackets were created from resilient steel and come in black. This particular package has 12 adjustable brackets and the adjustability is a huge plus when it comes time for installation.
Installation. There are rubber expansion nuts that will connect the pivoting base plate bracket to your vehicle's roof. That upper bracket then connects the base plate to the Roof Rack. You will have to drill these mounting brackets to your truck's roof so this will be a permanent installation.
