Description
High Clearance Inner Fenders. The Savvy Offroad High Clearance Aluminum Front Inner Fenders in raw aluminum are an upgraded replacement for factory plastic liners. They are engineered to accommodate 40-inch and larger tires, providing enhanced clearance ideal for lifted and coilover suspension setups. The kit includes dual panel options—solid for maximum protection and vented for improved airflow—allowing adaptation to various off-road conditions and engine cooling needs.
Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from 16-gauge CNC laser-cut aluminum, these inner fenders deliver high strength and durability without adding unnecessary weight. They ship in a raw aluminum finish suitable for customization through powder coating, painting, or Scotch-Brite surface preparation. Minor mill finish blemishes are normal and do not impact fit or performance.
Installation. Designed for straightforward DIY installation, this kit includes all necessary mounting hardware. Installation requires minimal trimming and drilling for rivet nuts, facilitating an easy upgrade process.
Application. These inner fenders are specifically designed to fit 2020–2026 Jeep Gladiator JT models. Diesel variants require a separate washer fluid tank relocation kit to ensure proper fitment and installation.
