    Hey, guys. So, today I'm here with the Rugged Ridge 4-inch Oval Side Step Bars, fitting all 2018 and up four-door JL Wranglers. And you're gonna have a large 4-inch stepping surface here to give you a bunch of real estate underneath your foot to get up inside of your Jeep. And the reason why I say this is because these are not made to take the hardest of hits. Now, I would recommend this to someone who's doing any light crawling, anybody who's doing any daily driving and just really wants that step there to get up in their Wrangler. But I wouldn't recommend this to the ultimate rock crawler who's looking for some heavy-duty protection. They're made of a steel tube construction, and they also have a nice textured black powder coat finish on them that's gonna protect that steel underneath from any rusting, and they're also gonna give you a nice off-road look to them. So, install is gonna be a light two out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter. This makes it a little bit easier instead of installing our brackets and then basically bench pressing our step up into place. This is what's gonna hold our step, and it's going to be mounted to our body. You will have a little stamp on here stating where they need to go. This is "DC," for driver center. So I'm just taking our provided bolt. This is gonna be the 13-millimeter bolt with a flat washer and a lock washer, and we're just gonna thread that into place. So now we can grab our pinch weld bracket. This is going to mount up to the pinch weld, but it's also gonna mount up to our main bracket here. So what I'm gonna do is just grab our provided hardware. Just gonna have to go ahead and thread that one into place. And I'm just putting these bolts through with the bolt head on the outside of the pinch weld. So now, we're gonna do the same exact process for the other two brackets. Now we can do the same thing for the front. Threading in our top bolt into the body. Now we can grab our driver side front pinch weld bracket, go ahead and start running that up. And if we have to go back and make any minor adjustments, we can always do that. So first, I'm gonna grab a 13-millimeter socket. You're gonna need a 10-millimeter socket and a 10-millimeter wrench. So once that gets pretty snug, what we can do is just line that up the best we can with both the pinch weld as well as our bracket down here, and then we can just tighten that down. And once they're lined up, we can take our hardware. Now, if it's not lining up, like I said, you can just go back and adjust these points of attachment, and those should be able to line everything up for you. So now with a 13-millimeter socket and a ratchet or an impact wrench, we can go ahead and tighten those down. Now, I would like to mention, do not over tighten these, because it may strip the nuts.
