For those off-roaders who are serious about flexing, crawling, and pushing your Jeep to its absolute limits, this kit features an upgraded Tri-Link system which eliminates the rear track bar. Combine that with Tune Lift Springs coil springs, and Adjustable control arms with serviceable Super-Flex spherical ball joints and you have a rig that's ready to go where most people wouldn't dare. This kit will have the option to select with or without shocks.

True Tri-Link Upgrade. The Rubicon Express 4.50 Inch Extreme-Duty Long Arm Suspension Lift Kit with Long Arm System is designed to be a complete suspension replacement. The Tri-Link system eliminates the rear track bar which can cause lateral axle movement.The conversion has up to 32 degrees of misalignment in a giant-sized 3 inch OD housing. This allows for true up and down wheel travel, while enhancing anti-squat for those steep climbs.

Adjustable Control Arms. These adjustable control arms will utilize longer control arms to improve lifted suspension geometry. The kit includes front and rear control arms using 2 250 wall, 4130 chromoly material. The control arms are adjustable and feature the Super-Flex joints for increased axle articulation. This kit will offer you superior stability on and off road including reduced torque roll, and enhanced trail traction over standard short arm lift systems.

Less Maintenance. The Super-Flex Joints are designed to last even through the toughest tests of off-road adventures. These Joints uses UHMW side races and a unique threaded adjuster nut which allows easy tightening and rebuilding if necessary. The standard factory rubber bushings will deteriorate over time and will need to be replaced. Super Flex joints uses a UHMW (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) material that features a very low coefficient of friction, is self-lubricating and much stiffer than the factory rubber bushings making it the perfect upgrade replacement to reduce deflection under load.

Tune Lift Springs. The front and rear coil springs included in this Rubicon Express 4.50 inch Suspension Lift Kit have been engineered to work perfectly in conjunction with the other components of the kit. These springs will not only aid in lifting your Wrangler for increased clearance, but they will also help to provide a smooth comfortable ride.

Choice of Shocks. Rubicon Express provides a choice of shocks in this Extreme-Duty Long Arm Lift Kit. You can choose a twin-tube design Shock that improves ride quality and handling, or a single (mono) tube gas shock for excellent damping and fade-free performance. Or if you are happy with your current shocks you can select the no shock option.

No Welding Required. Rubicon Express designed their Extreme-Duty Long Arm Suspension Lift Kit to be installed with no welding needed, making it a bolt-on kit. However, it should be noted that cutting and drilling is required for installation. The necessary hardware is included, and can be installed in about 8 to 10 hours time. An alignment will be required after this installation is completed.

Application. This Rubicon Express 4.50 Inch Extreme-Duty Long Arm Suspension Lift Kit is designed for use on 2004-2006 4-Door equipped Jeep Wrangler LJ models.

Application Notes. Exhaust modifications are required with this kit. The 2003-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ automatic transmission skid plate removal is required. The Tri link rear axle brackets are designed for use with OEM axles. Aftermarket axles require a custom built mount.
