Description
Heavy Duty Steering Kit. The RPM Steering 2.50-Ton HD 2-Inch Aluminum Drag Link Steering Flip Kit with Double Shear Hydro Assist Clamp is engineered to improve steering performance and durability under demanding driving conditions. It replaces stock components with stronger, precision-engineered aluminum parts designed to withstand increased stress and provide accurate steering response. This kit is ideal for suspension or wheel upgrades that may affect steering geometry.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from solid USA-made 7075 T6 aluminum with a cold finish for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. The aluminum link features hexed ends for easy length adjustments, and the tie rod ends (TREs) are forged for maximum strength. Serrated Belleville washers are included to ensure secure and reliable connections under heavy loads.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling when mounted in the stock location. The kit includes a drag link flip option to accommodate vehicles with lifts over 4 inches, ensuring proper steering alignment with lifted axles.
