Versatile Bike Transport. The RockyMounts MonoRail Bike Rack Solo carries one bike up to 60 pounds, with the option to expand for a second bike using an add-on accessory. It secures bicycles by the front wheel without contacting the frame, accommodating tire widths from road tires up to 5.0” fat bike tires, and wheel diameters ranging from 20” to 29”. The rack fits wheelbases from 36” to 50”. Its folding and tilting design allows it to fold flat against the vehicle and tilt down 30 degrees, providing easy access to the vehicle hatch for convenience during everyday use.

Construction and Appearance. Crafted with lightweight materials, the rack weighs 25 pounds to ensure effortless mounting and removal. It has a durable finish designed for outdoor exposure and includes locking components such as a locking hitch bolt, cable lock, and keyed-alike lock pods for added security. The rack is compatible with both 1.25” and 2” hitch receivers, and comes with an adapter sleeve and an anti-wobble bolt to guarantee a stable and secure attachment.

Installation. Installation is simple and requires no drilling. All necessary hardware for fitting the rack to compatible hitch sizes is included, making it accessible for users with minimal mechanical experience.

Warranty. The product includes a manufacturer-backed warranty for peace of mind during use.

Application. Designed for universal fitment with some adjustments possibly required, especially for cargo vans. Depending on hitch design and handlebar width, an 8" hitch extension may be necessary to provide enough clearance for handlebars. This rack is not compatible with Class I hitch receivers or bicycles equipped with fenders.
