Description
Increases Articulation. Equipped with Johnny Joints, these RockJock Billet Aluminum Front Lower Control Arms will increase articulation which will allow for maximum traction on uneven, rocky terrain. To protect from potential damage, these Billet Aluminum Control Arms feature bolt-on 4130 chromoly skid plates that are replaceable.
Double Adjustable. Unlike some other aftermarket control arms that are fixed, RockJock Johnny Joint Front Lower Control Arms are double adjustable. This allows you to precisely dial in your suspension settings, specific for your lift/application, to ensure you stay safely on the road or the trail.
Billet Aluminum Construction. RockJock CNC machines their Front Lower Control Arms from 6061-T6 billet aluminum for extreme rigidity and superior strength. The Control Arms are then completed in a durable black anodized finish to prevent corrosion. These Control Arms feature right hand/left hand 1-1/4 inch thread Johnny Joint rod ends at both ends.
Bolt-on Design. RockJock engineered their Adjustable Control Arms to be a direct bolt-on replacement for the stock arms. Installation can normally be completed in about 3-4 hours’ time with just basic hand tools. The Arms will need to be adjusted to the proper pinion angle for your specific lift. Please note that an alignment is required after installation.
Application. These RockJock Johnny Joint Adjustable Front Lower Control Arms; Billet Aluminum are designed to fit 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK models. Sold in pairs.
Technical Notes.- These Arms are a minimum of 3/8-inch longer than stock and must be used in conjunction with adjustable upper control arms.
- Completely closed dimension = 23.125-inch, completely open dimension = 25.625-inch.
- Not intended for use on stock width axles.
- These Arms will work with 37's tires mounted on wheels with a 4-1/2 inch backspace and stock width axles.
- If used with larger tires, you will need to go to a wider axle or wheel spacers.
