This RockJock Johnny Joint 4-Inch Suspension Lift Kit contains: 8 Johnny Joint adjustable control arms; 4 progressively-wound coil springs; front urethane bump stop kit; rear bump stop spacers; rear coil spring retaining kit; front and rear stainless braided extended brake line kits; front and rear track bar relocation kits; relocation kit for the tops of front shocks; relocation kit for the bottoms of rear shocks and a dropped pitman arm.

Sway Bar Situation.This kit comes with a front heim-joined, adjustable sway bar links for use with the stock sway bar. There is a bolt-on rear Antirock sway bar kit with forged chromoly arms.
