It uses a Quick Mount™ Ditch Bracket for a permanent mounting point, along with a lockable cover plate to keep the locking mechanism from malfunctioning.

    Versatile Base and Leg. This unit's base and lag also enable 33 degrees of swivel, working equally well on contoured or curved surfaces.
