      Product Overview. The Rhino‑Rack Pioneer Side Rails (Small) attach to the edges of a 1500 mm Pioneer 6 platform to enhance functionality and aesthetics. These low-profile rails provide secure attachment points for tie-down straps or gear, helping stabilize loads and giving the platform a rugged, refined look. Their removable design makes them perfect for adventure setups and daily driving situations where vehicle height is a concern.

      Construction And Appearance. The rails are constructed from robust steel or alloy (manufacturer standard), finished with a durable, matte‑black powder coat to resist corrosion and scratches. Precision-machined feet and hardware ensure a tight fit to the platform, and the sleek profile maintains a clean, integrated appearance.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward and takes around 30 minutes, requiring only basic hand tools; no drilling into the platform or vehicle is necessary. The mounting hardware secures to pre-existing holes in the Pioneer platform, and torque specs are provided in the instruction manual.
