The Rancho RS9000XL Front Shock for 2 to 3.50-Inch Lift provides enhanced control and ride comfort for lifted vehicles, especially suited for 2020 to 2026 Jeep Gladiator JT models. It offers precise nine-position damping adjustment to tailor performance for both on-road comfort and off-road capability, critical for towing, hauling, and varied terrain conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. This shock features a durable 2.75-inch tri-tube steel body filled with an all-weather fluid to maintain performance under extreme temperatures from -40 to 248°F. The piston rod is nitro-carburized at 18mm thickness for high resistance to corrosion and wear. It is finished with a premium liquid metallic coating and sports a silver painted body complemented by a protective polyvinyl boot, ensuring long-term durability and a professional appearance.

      Installation. Installation of this shock absorber is moderately straightforward for experienced mechanics and does not typically require drilling modifications. It mounts using loop bushing and sleeve mounts designed for a precise fit with compatible suspension systems.

      Application. Specifically designed to fit 2020 through 2026 Jeep Gladiator JT models with front lifts between 2.0 and 3.0 inches. For those requiring longer travel shocks, RS999067 is available but requires an aftermarket double cardan front driveshaft.
