      Description

The RaceQuip FIA Rated Composite Racing Seat; 17-Inch X-Large offers superior support to keep drivers firmly positioned for optimal control and safety during high-performance racing. Designed with enhanced thigh, hip, shoulder, and rib support, this seat is engineered for professional use and compliant with FIA 8855-1999 standards.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from a one-piece, lightweight fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) hand-laid composite shell, this seat balances strength and durability. It features energy-absorbing memory foam cushions covered in durable cloth fabric with reinforced areas for wear resistance. The exposed shell is finished with a glossy black gelcoat for a sleek appearance and easy maintenance.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward with four built-in 8mm side mount threaded fasteners, requiring no drilling when compatible brackets are used. Optional mounting brackets provide adjustable layback positions ranging from 0° to 30°, allowing the driver to customize comfort and fit.

      Application. Designed for universal fitment; however, some adaptation may be necessary to ensure proper installation and fit across different vehicle setups.
