Complete Kit for Ring and Pinion Installation. The Nitro Gear & Axle Teraflex Dana 44 Front Master Install Kit includes everything you need for proper installation of your new ring and pinion gears. This kit uses high-quality Timken & Koyo bearings, both brands being synonymous with quality. By using only high-quality bearings, you are assured of durable and reliable performance from your differential.
Includes All Essential Components and Accessories. The Nitro Gear & Axle Master Install Kit also includes just about every accessory you need for a correct ring and pinion gear installation, not just the bearings. Components like carrier and pinion shims, ring gear bolts, inner axle seals and a crush sleeve are included in this kit, as well as accessories like marking compound, an applicator brush, and Loctite.
Specialized Tools and Extensive Mechanical Knowledge Needed. Replacing your Dana 44’s ring and pinion requires a number of specialized tools like a bearing puller, a strong impact gun, precision calipers and a die grinder, as well as at least expert-level mechanical skills.
