Off-Road Dependability. Upgrade your run-of-the-mill front axles with the Nitro Gear & Axle 32/27 Spline Dana 30 Front Axle Assembly - Right Side. This front axle assembly offers reliable strength, and uses 1350 U-joints to ensure proper performance for superior off and on-road travel.
Premium Construction. Nitro Gear & Axle Front Axles is crafted from 1541H steel which is a heat-treated carbon steel with 0.41% fewer impurities. It has undergone CNC-precision machining and heat treated after the splines are cut to make the metal harder without making it brittle. This also allows for deeper heat penetration where strength is needed.
Professional Installation. Installing the 32/27 Spline Dana 30 Front Axle Assembly - Right Side should be left to the professionals. However, the installation can be done in just 4 hours so that you can get back on the road in no time.
1-Year Manufacturers Warranty. All Nitro Gear & Axle brand products are warranted to be free of manufacturer defects for the specified period. Warranty requests must be made by the original purchaser and submitted by the dealer purchased from. Some exclusions may apply, please see manufacturer's warranty for details.
Application. The Nitro Gear & Axle 32/27 Spline Dana 30 Front Axle Assembly - Right Side is designed to fit on all 2007 to 2018 Jeep Wrangler models, JK, excluding Rubicon.
Technical Note. This front axle kit uses 1350/5-7166X/5-1205X U-Joints. It also is compatible with the following associated replacement parts: U-Joint: DAN5-1205X and Nitro Excalibur Front Chromoly U-Joint: NP5004891-EXC
