Description

Precision machined to your Jeep's OE specifications, this axle kit is able to directly replace your wimpy OE axles for a dramatic boost in performance. Thanks to the kit's superior strength and heavy-duty design, the most challenging trails and largest wheels and tires won't be a problem as it will continue to provide the unbeatable drive your Jeep was made to achieve.
Chromoly Steel. In order to ensure this kit is strong enough to take on the rigors of off-road use, it is created from 4340 chromoly steel, which is a high-strength, lower carbon steel with a minimum of 10% chromium for a tensile strength of 228,000 PSI as opposed to the OE strength of 110,000-130,000 PSI. CNC precision machined and heat treated after the splines are cut for deeper penetration, this front axle kit is as tough as they come, even featuring added material for superior strength where needed. With a spline count of 27 and a design that works perfectly with 760X U-joints and your Jeep's Dana 30 front differential, this kit is subjected to multi-point inspections for guaranteed reliability over time.
Installation. Installing this axle kit is best left to the professionals. The installation process takes about 4 hours to complete.
