Construction and Appearance. Made from a 1/4 inch thick steel plate for the shell and a 3/8 inch thick steel ring, this cover is produced through precise in-house laser cutting and CNC press braking. The kit is shipped in bare metal condition and requires painting prior to installation to ensure corrosion resistance and an attractive finish. Each part is laser-cut and CNC-formed to ensure an exact fit and professional appearance.

Installation. Installation is intended for experienced welders and involves tack welding the components together, followed by test fitting before completing the final welds. No drilling is necessary, but proper welding techniques are essential to ensure correct assembly and a secure seal.
